Re-Discovering You is designed to be informative and thought provoking as it relates to life and its experienced misfortunes, pains and traumas. There are five chapters which are as follows: (1) Who Are You?, (2) The Emotional Self, (3) The Inner Critic, (4) Trauma In Tragedy, and (5) Self-Concept Becoming One with Self-Esteem.
Even though it consist of five chapters, it is a twelve week course that addresses those core values learned through our experienced traumas.

BUILDING HEALTHIER RELATIONSHIPS
This Program is very helpful in pointing to those core beliefs that constitute how we as individuals function within our relationships today. What this program identifies as dysfunctional is often normalized in our every day lives. It addresses Communication, Compromise, Caring, and Commitment. It is a five chapter program that will be conducted over the course of 10 weeks.

THE DANGERS OF CRIMINAL THINKING
The Dangers of Criminal Thinking is a comprehensive program sponsored by R.I.S.E. Initiative, LLC, designed to challenge the thinking of those who have not recognized the need to control their thoughts. Thought is the root cause of all that we see. Always know that the nature of the mind is to become what it thinks, therefore, our distorted thinking is what eventually leads to a manifestation of our criminality.

CRITICAL CHANGE GANG PREVENTION PROGRAM
The Critical Change Gang Prevention Program is a comprehensive gang-prevention program sponsored by Boyz2Men Consulting, LLC, is designed to address those core beliefs that have enabled many youths to make the decision to affiliate with different gangs and organizations. In addition to the curriculum, there is a Restorative Justice element where facilitators and participants give back to the communities that we hurt, and much more. The Critical Change Gang Prevention curriculum is composed of two phases. The first phase will consists of lessons and activities lasting 12 weeks, while the second-phase is also a 12 week process, mainly focused on Restorative Justice in the community.

PAROLEE-FAMILY REUNIFICATION PROGRAM
Under the Destiny of H.O.P.E., Inc. C.A.P.R.E. Program, we seeking to address to fact that many individuals are returning home with unrealistic expectations of what being on parole in someone else’s house is all about. Individuals may be going to friend's and/or associate’s home without realization of what is expected of him/her, and in many instances, this leads to the parolee leaving and the ripple effect is apparent. This is a coordinated program designed to assist parolees and family members who are expecting their loved one’s return home to have the opportunity to address past issues, rules, guidelines and any other issue that may serve as a hinderance to that successful transition.

EX-OFFENDERS RE-ENTRY SUPPORT GROUP
In DOH’s effort to minimize the stressors of newly release individuals from prison, we will be offering a bi-weekly “Prisoner’s Circle” for individuals who just may need to talk. Although there will be a group lead at each meeting, there will be no set curriculum. Sometimes in that “Safe Place” of vulnerability, pain, and despair, someone listening could very well change your day.
